By accessing and using Seitly's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Seitly provides comprehensive landing page audit services, analyzing technical performance, SEO optimization, and content effectiveness. Our services include detailed reports and recommendations for improvement.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when using our services
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt our services

4. Payment Terms

Payment for audit services is due upon completion of the audit report delivery. All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT where required by German law.

Subscription services, when available, will be billed quarterly in advance. Cancellation must be provided 30 days before the next billing cycle.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Seitly and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Audit reports provided to clients remain the property of the client upon full payment.

6. Data Protection & Privacy

7. Limitation of Liability

Seitly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our recommendations will result in specific performance improvements.
